Only GIS\Data, GIS\Internal, and specific GIS Project folders have a two-way sync to the Z: drive.
Creating a new project folder on the Storage Sync will not sync to the Z: drive.
However, creating the new project folder on the Z: drive will one-way sync to the Storage Sync drive. Working in the Z: drive will reflect on the Storage Sync but if you are working in the Storage Sync, it will not reflect on the Z: drive.
If you require the newly created project folder to two-way sync from the storage sync to the Z: drive, contact Tony DaSilva or IT.
For optimal performance keep all related and referenced files on the storage sync.
Why aren't all the GIS Projects two-way syncing to the Storage Sync?
Current limitations are 8TB in data and 10 million files for the Storage Sync. Syncing all projects will exceed this.
