Hard Reset for the Lenovo T480s

If your laptop is not responding and a 30 second hold down of the power button doesn't help, a hard reset is sometimes necessary.

Grab a paperclip, straighten it out and press the button inside the emergency reset hole 10 times, holding it for 30 seconds on the 10th press.

The emergency reset hole can be found under your laptop, diagram item #2 below.
